Day Two at work was a little more challenging. Not sure why, I did all the same things and I kind of felt like I was getting the hang of it. It might be that it is still so new that I am feeling a little overwhelmed. Don't worry, I still like it...I just worry that I am not doing a very good job, even though it is my second day and I still have so much to learn.
Just have to keep telling myself it will get better and easier. :)
On the workout front, I made it to 20 minutes, 2300 strides and 230 calories. I am satisfied, wished I could do more...just feeling really tired. Trying to get use to working a regular split, and that will take time.
That is more than enough to bore everyone out there....I think I am going to hit the hay.
